The industry standard for measuring customer satisfaction based on verified feedback from new boat owners during their first year of ownership. This award was presented last week at the 2026 Miami International Boat Show and reflects the quality built into every Malibu and Axis boat, from engineering and design to consistent manufacturing and overall craftsmanship. The CSI Program is based entirely on independent customer surveys that measure satisfaction across the most important moments of ownership including product quality, delivery, education, and long-term service and support.
