There’s watching the Chicago Air & Water Show from shore… And then there’s watching it from your boat with Gordy’s Marine.
On August 15 & 16, we’re inviting our boating family to join us on the water for one of Chicago’s most spectacular summer traditions. The Gordy’s crew will be anchored just outside the entrance to Diversey Harbor aboard a stunning new Cobalt, proudly flying Gordy’s flags and ready to host an unforgettable weekend of fun.
Your VIP Viewing Party on the Water
Forget the crowded beaches and packed sidewalks. Imagine relaxing aboard your boat with friends and family, cold beverage in hand, while military jets thunder overhead and world-class aerial performers put on a show directly above Lake Michigan.
From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day, Gordy’s customers and friends are invited to anchor nearby and enjoy some of the best seats in Chicago.
We’ll have our hospitality game in full swing with:

- Fun Gordy’s giveaways
- Plenty of boating camaraderie
- An incredible front-row view of the show

Whether you’re arriving in a Cobalt, Malibu, Axis, pontoon, or anything that floats, we’d love to have you raft up nearby and spend part of the day with us. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow boaters, swap summer stories, and enjoy one of the Midwest’s most iconic events from the best possible vantage point—the water.
