Terms & Conditions

Customers will be responsible to contact their own pier company for any updates or repair issues prior to delivery, Gordy's will not be responsible to call pier companies. In case of bad weather, Gordy's Lakefront Marine does have the right to cancel any deliveries they do not find safe for travel or delivery. All deliveries will be re-scheduled immediately following cancelation. Gordy's will contact customer with any cancelations. All balances must be settled and up to date prior to delivery.


GLFM assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for the loss or damage by theft, fire, vandalism, malicious mischief, wind, water, act of God, or otherwise to said boat or parts therefor or for any items that are stored on the boat, for the benefit of the Owner, his invitees, or licensees. Owner hereby releases and agrees to hold GLFM, the storage building owner, and their agents and employees harmless from any and all liability.
Owner shall maintain full insurance on the boat at all times with complete marine hull coverage including personal liability, property liability, and bodily insurance so as to cover all losses, and provide proof of such insurance to GLFM upon request.
All storage charges and charges for services, supplies, repairs, and materials shall be paid prior to departure of boat from GLFM. GLFM shall have a lien upon said boat, its contents and equipment.
A minimum notice of 10 days is to be given in the spring and in the fall for the in and out handling of any boat. It is the Owner’s responsibility to take possession on the anticipated date.
Failure of GLFM to enforce any of the terms and conditions herein shall not be considered to be a waiver of such terms and conditions.
It is the responsibility of the Owner to arrange pick-up, delivery, and winter & spring service with GLFM service department.
